Defective mop

I have tried contacting Thane Canada to inform them of a defective product. I have been unsuccessful with every attempt. Its like they have set this up so you cant get to contact them. One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Substandard products and even worse customer service. User's recommendation: Do not buy their products, absolute crap.
