So many irritants with VdP. Latest has been they told me I forgot to bank my points so they stole them from me and I have to pay a reinstall fee of over $200. I have record that I called but my account on line does not go into any satisfactory detail. It should log every contact and show every detail of the account. No one should have to remember to "bank" their unused points in today's easy computer world. No account reminders no looking out for their Gold/VPA people at all in fact seem to set up system so they can just get MORE money at every term. Have been waiting for over 48 hours so a supervisor to call me back after I put in a "request" REQUEST !!!!!!! Doesn't that is speak to their attitude? Sad since their resorts and the face to face personnel are nice. And at exit from resort we have to turn in a slip like little children getting permission to leave !!!!!
