Since I joined, Handy has trapped me by charging 99 dollars to stop using its service. When I changed booking from weekly to monthly, they double booked the weekend of 07/16/2021 and 07/17/2021. I did not ask for the 2nd day and was charged even though I told the cleaning person not to come. 170 dollars was automatically pulled from my account for a day I never asked for nor did I use, and now I am short for my rent. User's recommendation: Avoid Handy.
