Charging my CC without buying anything from them

Discover was suspicious about a charge of $39.95 and ask me to verify the charge. This was going on from 2019 every month, so they cancel my CC for FRAUD and start an investigation to report Tactical USA to the authorities. This company has hundreds of complaints, and they keep doing business on the internet. Please do not buy from them!!! User's recommendation: This is SCAM.
