I need to cancel a booking I made before June 18th and the Bookit.com Customer Service phone number is just a recording. I tried calling the hotel directly but they do not even show that a reservation was made. I would like to just book a different hotel but I am I have a feeling that my card will be charged for the original booking and I will have to pay for a room I didn't stay at. I have still never received a confirmation email about my booking from Bookit.com. Feeling like I got scammed! DO N User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS 3RD PARTY SITE! Would give ZERO stars if possible.
