Frustration with Automated Phone Answering system and Online Chat

6 times today trying to get in touch with the Irondequoit, NY store for a referral to a specialist. I have waited at least 20 minutes on each call and on 2 occasions have been cut off. Tried the online chat and that is frozen. I have been a Visionworks customer for over 20 years but will go elsewhere if the contact system does not improve. not improve. 20 y move e User's recommendation: Patronize another vision store.
