Today I received the WORST customer service I have ever received by an associate named Valarie at the Vision works at the Rockville Pike location in Maryland. She was EXTREMELY rude and I would like to discuss this with leadership to avoid it happening to another member. Please call me 301-919-****. The nastiest person I have ever spoken to and something needs to be done.
