I called and made an appointment at your Catonsville location in January because of advertisement sent and I explain to personnel that my last visit I was not satisfied that our glasses were sent in mail and they need a lot of adjustments in March of last they made the appointment for Feb 16 I took off from work and my grandson off from school she stated they called i checked several occasions i see no call very unprofessional . Someone needs to call me at 443810****cgec User's recommendation: Check your annual date your self dont think or expect them to do there job.
