I tried to make a purchase on August 6th, according to the guy that took my call that day the payment made thru PayPal was timed out and was taken out of my bank account but I'm Paypal was shown as pending so there was no ticket issued. He told me l had to call both PayPal and my bank or wait for 5 days so it could go back to my bank account. The time went thru and yesterday was the day where supposedly my money was gonna be returned. That didn't happen!! I called PayPal and they asked me to reach out to you and get a document saying that l didn't use the service because the reservation was not being made. But when l called you guys never got any help.
