I bought a return ticket to Zim from USA and my flight was canceled by this agent on my way to the airport. I ended up booking another flight.Am now trying to get my refund and they are not responding. I have called them but they are not answering More than 3 emails have been sent to them and am getting auto responses. This should be a bogus agent. Surely how can they even rob a student??? User's recommendation: Do not use them as i think they are a bogus agent.
