I love Sharks products and purchase everytime I can, such as steam iron, steam mop, hand held steamer and vacuums. I loved my Shark Navigator vacuum, which finally stopped working properly so I purchased a new Shark Navigator Lift away and I hate it. It is top heavy and tips over so easily, the on board tools don't store properly, the lift away is so cumbersome to hold and the hose isn't long enough. Is there anything I can do since I destroyed the box it came in, I purchase from Amazon or Walmart about a month ago.
