I signed up for strata, adroit, whatever they choose their name to be at the time, with promises of health coverage. Never got sent a card. Never got any sort of coverage whatsoever. Of course no refund and it's difficult to cancel. Scam. They just take people's money. User's recommendation: Call to cancel, dont take no for an answer, feel free to get loud on the phone. These people have no morals.
