Original review updated by user Nov 23, 2020 I booked flights from Brisbane, Australia to Manila and return in July 2020. Flight dates were January 21 return February 21. Both flights were cancelled by PAL on 20th November 20 I decided to request a refund and I was told it would take 10 days to process the application and the FIVE MONTHS before the money would be refunded!!!!!!!. User's recommendation: Choose another airline.
