Online appt scheduling was a disaster. Didnt have my insurance as option ( even tho knew they accepted). So after entering all my data, had to exit w/o appt. t Tried Chat. Went thru all info again, it crashed - lost Rep. Decided to call - endless buttons, finally got appt but could had to choose btw this week an hour away or next week even tho was in considerable pain. Then another Imaging co was recommended. Called, easy, nice person near my home n 2 days. Now had to cancelled w SimonMed. Same all over again.
