Money was tranferred to a person who cheated on the purchase

Hello, a few months ago I bought a puppy with a dog breeder who lives in Hungary. I transferred money using TransferWise. A couple weeks ago the puppy died, because it was infected with helminths from birth, which caused fatal pneumonia. The breeder puts the blame on me, which is refuted by medical reports. Is there any chance to cancel the transfer because the breeder is a fraudster?
