I have recently lost my grandmother and my father and I need to purchase a ticket to hedgehog Ontario to start a fresh start I applied for a refund due to the fact that my flight was canceled by the Carrier however was flying out the next day I had to wait 4 months for a refund to be given an update that was expired and now after probably about a month I have still not received any messages from this Company. User's recommendation: Not applicable.
