The app will not accept my monthly payment for unlimited

I do not know. I tried to update my payment information and it seemed to accept it. However, when I went to the theater to use my unlimited pass. I pass would not generate a ticket for me. This has been happening since for four times now. So, I have decided to reach out to you about this issue. Also, I can see that my payment has not been processing either. User's recommendation: I have none.
