Unable to log into a account but getting charged

We have 4 accounts but one of our accounts is not able to log in and also being charged. I am trying to reach regal customer service for almost a week now, sent several emails. I am looking for directions and advise or will be forced to reach out to my credit card company to cancel the transactions.
