Unlimited plan locks you in for a year. Can't cancel or put on hold even though pandemic is not over and we aren't at heard immunity. Don't want to sit six inches away from people for two hours who might be contagious. You can't even talk to a live person as they force you to email them for any communication. User's recommendation: Don't sign up for Unlimited plans.
