NO,I thought this was their corporation. I DON"T have a problem with my loveseat. I was asking how I could purchase a part from them. I'm an old senior and thought I was writing directly to the company asking for help to purchase part from them. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH FLEXSTEEL. In fact I loved their product so much with the first Flexsteel sofa that I purchased years ago, that I bought this Flexsteel loveseat unseen. Purchased in 2012 and it has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Flexsteel to family and friends. Their products are great! Oh, I apologize for sending inquiry to wrong place. Accept my apology.
