Original review posted by user Mar 17, 2021 Visited dealership Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Duluth,GA for oil change on Dec 28th 2020. I paid for a full synthetic change. Per paperwork an conventional oil change was completed. Took car back the following day Dec 29th to have oil change re-done. Note both times my vehicle didn't have a oil leak. After leaving dealership within the same week a oil leak was discovered. Dealership caused leak (by over tighten of the filter cap causing the filter adapter to shift and now gasket leaking). Dealership attempting to charge me almost 900.00 to repair vehicle due to their negligence. Vehicle since then has been repaired and part confirm crack in housing User's recommendation: STAY AWAY….
