I am Ophelia Harrison I got a phone call from one of your representative chastising me about my survey which I don't appreciate it questioning me why I didn't give all excellent why did I say this why I said that on the survey I'm a grown woman. This was rude and uncalled for I was asked to do the survey when I left and I answer the survey very honestly so I don't appreciate you calling me and talking to me like I was a two-year-old why I said what I said on my questionnaire. I would no longer come back there no matter how many free oil change I got. I have purchases 2 cars from this company but this one is my last time ever walking back in there.
