I have a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator for about 5 years now. Out of the blue it just stopped cooling down. Since I had the Cinch Home Warranty I contacted them right away. Had to wait a week for a repairman to come tell me that the refrigerator wasnt cooling down; SERIOUSLY. Parts ordered, installed, and now over a month later its still not working. User's recommendation: Repairman/parts/Cinch all suck.
