I have been trying to reset security question and it wont let me, all I get is a run around from your customer service....I have been a loyal customer to you but if this is how you do business forget it..I will pay what I owe and NEVER BUY FROM FINGERHUT AGAIN AND PPL WILL HEAR FROM ME ON HOW YOUR CUTOMER SERVICE TREATED ME AND APPARENTLY AFTER READING THIS SITE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE! User's recommendation: DONT SET UP A ON LINE ACCOUNT WITH THIS PPL..THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE..
