Room was given away and was not available when arrived. We were given a king size bed for 4 people. The next day they gave us a dbl queen room. Which is what I wanted. We arrived back at our room at 7pm. Beds were not made and we had no clean towels. Waited on hold for 40 minutes to ask for towels. Then we waited another 40 minutes for the front desk. I asked for the latest possible checkout for last day since this terrible experience was a gift for my 84yo mothers birthday. Terrible experience! User's recommendation: Don’t waste your money on this hotel /resort.
