Tyre warranty

2 months ago from today Ive purchased continental tires from wheel careJalandhar where the dealer has promised me the warranty for any wear and tear regarding the tire . Now when my tire needs replacement as its side wall has been cut ,the dealer is now not willing to replace it under its warranty policy . Need assistance regarding this issue .
