TruGreen overcharged me for a recent service visit and I have been unable to reach anyone in customer service to rectify this. I've called several times and each time I'm on hold and told the call volume is high and it will be 30 to 40 minutes before someone gets to me. I've left messages to call me back and even put my phone on speaker and waited 45 minutes one time and no one picked up the call. User's recommendation: Before you hire this company take a minute to call and speak with billing to see if you are able to get through if you ever had a question.
