Can’t talk to a human

Cant talk to a human, I cant seem to keep up with passwords even if I write them down? I simply want to find a better plan because AT&T is offering me a better plan for a lot less money. And I cant believe I cannot talk to a human about this User's recommendation: Make it so you can talk to a human when you don’t like playing on phone.
