Trying to get signed in

my phone is locked, the website wont chat with someone unless you log in. This system sucks. customer service is a long wait time, should set up automatic call backs. Comcast, Att does. I am so angry I want nothing to do with you jerks any more. I have been a customer for 20 years and I am sick of you User's recommendation: customer service is terrible.
