I have used Cheapoair in the past and have had a positive experience. But this time around I'm completely dissatisfied with the service. I feel that I have been tricked by your travel agent into paying higher fees. I find it ridiculous that I had to pay $521 service fee on a ticket that cost $1,402.55. The agent tricked me into thinking that the fair was changed while I was in the middle of the online payment. I checked back with the airline later, and they advised me that the price hadn't changed. I demanded a refund for the overcharge and I'm waiting to hear from Cheapoair. Will update this post.D User's recommendation: Don't believe them when they tell you that price has gone up while you were processing your payment.
