There is no number to call, only chat service. The lady on chat probably was watching TV and failed to respond to me on chat, I wasn't even sure she was there, as she would not respond. I had some money that was returned and did not see in my account, eventually it was deposited. I wanted to complain to them directly and was still asked to go through chat to do that, so gave up. Hope they understand the inefficiency of their chat operators. If they want a transcript of the chat I am happy to provide. User's recommendation: please complain if you face issues.
