Poor connectivity, indifferent customer service

Dropped calls, at times I would go all day and not here from someone. Then suddenly the phone icon read 15 missed calls, customer service reps were friendly and eager but indifferent to the outcome. Calls with customer service would drop and I have not received a call back. The Fi support website is a circle of loops that take you nowhere. User's recommendation: Stay away.
