Order from flipkart not received

Dear sir/madam From 9th August my bed has been picked up, but till now no update is there. I have talked with senior executive triveni mam about the delivery of product with in 18th August as written in my order status. But when am doing call to customer care to deliver the product as soon as possible they just sending a message by extending the date.
