AHS sent a contractor who obviously was not qualified and highly unprofessional. The contractor ordered the wrong size AC unit (which I waited through an entire HOT summer to get) then apparently decided he had done all that he was going to do and simply ghosted me, leaving me with the wrong size air conditioner and AHS offered no timely resolution. I made at least a dozen calls, 3 months later NOTHING! User's recommendation: Good at first but must be concerned with sacrificing good service to save money.
