Horrible service and outsourcing what use to be an excellent customer service department

I have had AHS for over 20 years and the service has gone from excellent to horrible and inexcusable. They had a call center in Memphis Tennessee and now they have outsourced everything to the Phillipines making it very difficult to communicate. I could go on a rant paragraph after paragraph, but my time is limited. Do not waste your time or money with this horrible company companystary youwill be User's recommendation: stay away.
