Called for service request, the company I was referred ONLY HAS VOICEMAIL your not able to speak to a live person. I left a message and someone showed up to my house without calling and setting up an appointment with me. I never spoke with anyone. Still haven't received a call back from the company. I've called American shield 3 times to get this resolved. It has been two weeks now, my plumbing still has not been fixed. Ive ask to get another company still have yet to receive a call from American Shield and I ask for a supervisor to call me and I keep getting the runaround on top of that they have already my Deductible out.
