My friends as many of you know I have been in customer service for over 40 years and want to share the WORST customer service in my life from AVAS FLOWERS. I thought I was ordering flowers for Christis birthday, seemed simple enough. I called did not go on line and left nothing to the imagination. The first person I talked to lied to me about 3 things from the start. I spoke with about 8 people that day, and was hung up on, put on hold for 45 minuets and the entire staff failed to do what they advertise, (same day delivery) they said they would bring her birthday flowers the next day. (really) that was the answer from their customer service. They say they refunded the money, but it had not shown up two weeks later. I failed to look at reviews,(my fault) I failed to buy local (my fault) I ask that you please share this with your friends, wherever they are located. AVAS FLOWERS DOES NOT CARE, I hope this avoids any of my friends from dealing with this company. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM AVAS FLOWERS OR AFFILATES.
