Questioning rebate

I recently sent in a receipt for the 11% off. I lost the original, with the rebate @ the end. I printed out the receipt and sent the entire receipt. According to my records, I should have a rebate for $418 spent. If I needed the rebate receipt, then I guess this is on me. Thank you for your timeChristine J JacquaySummerbreeze2769@***.com
