I took over a mortgage with a lease to own contract from a mortgage where the woman is deceased, I took over payment August6 2009 and paid it off on feb 3 2020, you sent me a release of lien with the deceased as an owner and me as co owner however I never received the title you said you were processing and would mail. I would appreciate my title mailed promptly. The manufactured home park has a new owner and without a title with my name I cannot have the home here. I made all my payments timely and was a good customer of Ditech! would I would appreciate my title. Thank You
