A red flag was raised and we have no clue why

The woman in the Raise a Red Flag dept that put a no post hold on a disabled family member's account which I control for them (yes my name is on the account) did not include any notes or explanation as to why this was done. In 3 days of wrangling with Regions, we are still no closer to resolving the issues. The excellent consultant who has been working face to face with us cannot get answers either. What to do now? User's recommendation: Choose banks that are truly customer oriented?
