The location you have decided to build at Ute and Kipling is unbelievable. Your store will now bring tons of traffic, noise, and in every way, disrupt the wildlife. Those that appreciate the view of the mountains, and was very happy without big businesses out here, will now be forced to have you as a neighbor. Your wallet only matters, and us little people that cant fight it is left to have to live with it. No welcome mat from us out here.
