Hi I am a wounded and disabled veteran Vietnam era and pensioned. I asked if Tilllys would gift me with a Pendleton hat? Or a Fedora style. Would make my therapy walks more comfortable! When I called customer service they put me on hold and never came back. Another time said would check and call me back. So I was feeling ignored. If you could help would be great with hat? Thank you.
