Frustrated EX-Customer!

My business had used Peachtree/Sage 50 since 2006. We had so many problems with reaching someone who spoke clear English, and then when we wanted to discontinue the yearly subscription, they charged us anyways and WILL NOT refund us over $1000. Now mind you, we have NO access or ability to use the program they said they were unable to download onto our server. After many attempts of trying to retrieve our money, we decided to take it a step further. That is such bad business! How can they expect a business owner to pay for a service that we cannot use or access??!! We will not ever use or refer the Sage services to anyone!!
