Because they didn’t send an order no nor an e-mail confirmation nor does any information on the web site work
i would love to tell you that my interaction with freedom furniture customer service was a success, but unfortunately you first have to reach them and this has proved, for me at least, impossible. Finally tried to cancel online order with my financial service and was given a number to call regarding online orders rang number got voicemail left message. Waiting for call back but not holding my breath. User's recommendation: don't order 0n-line with freedom furniture. no order no. no confirmation.
