Attempted to check into red roof inn Suwannee ga. Supposed manager was extremely rude. He told us he wasnt going to rent the room to us after it was already paid for I called the customer service hotline. Managers name is Carlos (said his name was none of your business) who does that? How can you be a manager and treat customers that way. I just want my money back. Account is under Marsha Harms I did file a complaint with the customer service hotline.
