I received an email stating my return was received by WW but credit was never issued. I spent over 4 hours waiting on Hold and/or speaking with reps. I asked to speak to a supervisor many times but they just transferred me back to another rep. They lied, they hung up on me and gave incorrect/different info each time. Dont order from WW!!! User's recommendation: Do not order from this Company-horrible customer service.
