I placed an order last March for 4 pairs of capris. I called today and the lady I spoke with said 3pairs shipped out early April. One pair was on b/o but had also shipped by now. My call was to tell WW that I had never Received any of these pants. The lady I spoke with told me to hang on as she was sending my call to someone else for help. I held on for 36 minutes before I hung up. I have been charged for this order but never received any of the pants. Invoice 10306****. I do not want these reshipped. This is the first time I have had a problem when ordering from you. I do not know what happened to items but I did not received them.
