I have tried three different times to talk to people in your service center to get this resolved I have an incorrect charge on my account and I cant seem to make any one of them understand that I need someone to please help me Im 4/25someone placed an order from the catalog for $80.21 it was not me please look into it I cant seem to get your customer service reps to understand User's recommendation: Be prepared to not understand the people in the customer service center.
