Miami Lakes Winn Dixie, a lady had her pet dog sitting on where I place food and my child this was no Service Dog, Service Dogs go next to the owner and are not distracted. I told the manager and all I got was oh I told her but she said it was a service dog I cannot do anything. Really??? Know the law. Went to Publix.no
