Can’t create an account. Keeps telling me my password is incorrect

Cannot contact customer service at CNBC, Can't create an account at CNBC, can't get a stock quote from CNBC, can't create a watch list at CNBC, can't gain access to anything at CNBC. Nobody will help me. Maybe CNBC doesn't have customer service. If you'd just tell me you don't offer customer interface I'd be okay with that. Just please tell me SOMETHING. Thank you.
